That’s right — FREE FOOD!

Harvesters has made it possible for us to have a truck of food delivered to the church every month. Our scheduled time at Bethel AG is the 2nd Thursday of each month at 4:00 PM. This is a rain, shine, or snow event. If the truck can get here, we will be here to hand out the food.

In an effort to make the food distribution as smooth as possible, we’ve decided to list a few things here that you need to know.

• Prior to coming, please clear out a space in your trunk or the passenger side of the car for the food.
• Food supplies are limited so plan on arriving early. 
• Enter the church parking lot from County Road F. Keep to the right and watch for directions from the volunteers in the parking lot.
•  A volunteer will ask you to sign in with the name of the head of household and number of people in the house. (This information is used for reporting purposes only.)
•  We will place a card designating your family size under the windshield wiper on the passenger side of your vehicle.
• Watch the parking lot volunteers for directions on when and where to get in line.
• When you get near the truck, a volunteer tell you when to open your trunk.
•  As you approach the truck, turn off your radio and lower your front passenger window.
• Please refrain from smoking and using your cell phone in the area around the truck.
•  After all food has been placed in your car, we will remove the number from your windshield and close your trunk.
